Together we will identify the history of struggles and patterns that lead us toward cycles of disconnection and hurt. With that understanding of our unique negative cycles we can then learn and both individual and joint tools and practices that create positive cycles. New cycles that decrease conflict and lead us to greater connection both now and for the future.

Even if you have been arguing and hurting each other for years as well and think "Maybe we're too far gone," there is always hope that with enough work we can feel connected again.
